Starting off the Festivities!

Zach's Birthday is on Sunday so last night we had his annual crab leg dinner. He of course stuffed himself sick while everyone laughed at Gillian and her chocolate cover marshmallow mess. We had a great dinner. Gillian just loves to flirt with Poppi and Mimi tried to feed her fried okra and well failed. :) She did eat a little of Mimi's crab and didn't swell or faint like her mom so I think she is clear of that allergy. yay.

ELMO!!!

On Thursday Kerri and I took the girls out for a mommy-daughter night. We went to Bo Lings for dinner and the we took the girls to see Elmo Live!!! The girls absolutely loved the show. Gillian was fixated on the stage for the whole show. She even pointed to all the characters and said their names. It was so much fun. I was so happy that Gillian had a great time. When we got home and saw daddy she ran up to him and was like "asd alkdhfe Elmo! dlj rgf sdfhj Cookie! dfhaer dfhjek Dancing!" and so on like she was telling him all about the show. It was cute. Zach and I have decided she is ready to see a movie in a movie theater. Which is good because Shrek Ever After comes out in the summer and she loves Shrek. So far the best night in 2010!!!

Play Date at Fun Run

We had the opportunity to adventure outside the house and go to a play date at Fun Run in Liberty. This was great since the weather has been so cold and we haven't been able to go out side and so this was great!!! The Girls loved it. It took Gillian a bit to understand what was going on but then she got the hang of it and had a blast. They really enjoyed running around with Abbie and the other kids. They really liked the Big Slide. Zach was the one that went on all the rides and boy was he tired afterwards. We are planning on going back real soon :)

Christmas Part three and four

I know I know!!! I'm late posting these but better late than never : )

We had Christmas with my dad and with Zach's mom side the weekends after Christmas. This was great because we didn't have to rush into anything and be overwhelmed. It was great to see my dad since I hadn't seen him since ummmm.... Easter??? The girls love opening gifts and got some great toys. The the following Saturday we were back and Aunt Laura and Uncle Peter's house for the Ward Christmas. Sadly Peter and Laura were under the weather but we all still had a great time. Gillian needs to learn to share... but she was cute.
